POSITION SUMMARY
We’re searching for a results-driven copywriter with deep expertise in direct response and a strong command of full-funnel marketing — from top-of-funnel ads to post-purchase automation. You’ll craft persuasive, high-performing copy for digital campaigns that span paid media, landing pages, email flows, and more.
This role is not for brand-only writers. It's for strategic thinkers who thrive on understanding buyer psychology, testing creative hypotheses, and writing copy that converts.
 

OBJECTIVES
  • Write persuasive, action-oriented copy across the full funnel — including paid media ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and automated sequences — with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Translate marketing strategy into high-converting headlines, value propositions, CTAs, and campaign narratives that capture attention and compel action.
  • Apply a deep understanding of buyer psychology, storytelling frameworks, and emotional triggers to move audiences fluidly through the funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, paid media buyers, lifecycle marketers, and funnel strategists to align messaging across every channel.
  • Analyze A/B test results and campaign data to iterate and optimize copy based on performance.
  • Write copy that supports both brand positioning and conversion goals, ensuring a cohesive voice without sacrificing performance.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, balancing speed with precision and data-driven decision-making.
COMPETENCIES
  • Deep understanding of experience writing direct response copy in performance marketing or paid media environments.
  • Demonstrated success writing copy for ads, landing pages, email flows, and conversion funnels.
  • A strategic, performance-focused mindset with the ability to dissect what makes copy convert.
  • Fluency in A/B testing methodology, digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.), and campaign analysis.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in creative, media, and marketing ops.
  • Ability to self-manage in a high-speed, iterative marketing environment where performance matters.
  • A natural storyteller with a sharp pen, persuasive instincts, and a hunger to win.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience in a high-performance marketing environment
  • 3–5 years of experience writing conversion-focused copy for digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on direct response and full-funnel performance
  • Proven track record of producing high-converting copy across paid ads, landing pages, email sequences, and other key funnel assets
  • A portfolio that demonstrates persuasive, data-informed writing — including A/B tested campaigns, automated email flows, and landing pages that drove measurable results
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
