POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Marketing will define and execute the strategic vision for 10X Health’s marketing and growth initiatives. This role leads the marketing organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving revenue growth, and executing effective marketing strategies across multiple communication channels. As a member of the leadership team, the EVP will shape the brand, build high-performing marketing teams, and create measurable business impact.
OBJECTIVES
Strategic Leadership & Brand Vision
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen the brand, and enhance customer engagement
- Contribute to the development of innovative corporate campaigns and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Build strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue impact
- Partner with executive leadership to identify new opportunities to grow revenue, customer engagement, and market presence
- Oversee marketing programs, partnerships, and campaigns with a focus on measurable business outcomes
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, optimize marketing investments, and track success
- Manage and mentor senior marketing team members, promoting professional development and high performance
- Align marketing efforts with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive execution
External Representation
- Represent 10X Health externally in industry events, partnerships, and media opportunities as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility
COMPETENCIES
- Strategic marketing leadership with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams in high-growth organizations
- Strong understanding of the customer journey, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing funnels and campaign performance
- Data-driven decision making and ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing, direct response campaigns, and integrated digital programs
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across the organization
- Ability to make decisions backed by data to draft go-to marketing strategies that will drive sales, brand presences, and PR for 10X Health
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- 8 – 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of marketing teams in high-growth, performance-driven organizations
- Proven experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo)
- Experience in health, wellness, or similarly fast-moving industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; master's degree preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working at a computer
- Travel up to 20 percent
