POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Facilities Project Manager to lead key operational initiatives and contribute to the long-term planning of our network of wellness clinics and corporate spaces. This role is embedded in the full scope of facility management, from conducting site inspections and coordinating equipment installations to managing vendors, tracking budgets, and driving renovation and expansion projects. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and brings a balance of on-the-ground execution and project management expertise. This is a critical opportunity to directly contribute to the quality, safety, and scalability of our spaces as we enter a key growth phase. 

OBJECTIVES 

• Facility Operations: Direct daily operations across all facilities, helping ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of wellness clinics and corporate offices
• Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and medical/aesthetic equipment to promote performance and longevity
• Vendor & Service Management: Manage vendor and service provider relationships (e.g., cleaning, waste management, biomedical disposal), supporting service quality and compliance 
• Compliance & Safety: Lead compliance-related site inspections and maintain documentation aligned with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, and local codes. Partner with internal teams to reinforce safety protocols across all facilities. 
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage facility-related budgets and vendor contracts, reconcile invoices, and surface cost-saving opportunities through proactive analysis. 
• Facility Design & Expansion: Oversee renovation, clinic opening, and relocation projects. Manage construction timelines, coordinate contractors, and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution with minimal disruption. 
• Procurement & Equipment Maintenance: Lead procurement and maintenance processes for medical and aesthetic equipment, ensuring timely installations and ongoing functionality
• Space Planning & Optimization: Shape and refine workspace layouts and treatment room configurations to enhance operational flow, regulatory compliance, and 10X Health brand consistency
• Emergency & Crisis Management: Maintain and regularly update emergency preparedness protocols, lead readiness efforts, and train onsite staff in response procedures
• Technology & Security Systems: Partner with IT and security teams to manage and troubleshoot facility infrastructure, including surveillance, access control, and environmental systems 

COMPETENCIES 

• Demonstrated experience with multi-site facility management within the wellness or healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience with construction, renovations, and facility expansions, including space utilization, occupancy planning, and workspace optimization
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA, along with healthcare facility compliance and local building codes
• Experience in budget development and management, maintaining cost efficiency and quality while optimizing resource allocation
• Skilled at scheduling, tracking, and evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage with diverse project stakeholders, including contractors, service providers, architects, and regulatory authorities
• Proven experience in medical and/or aesthetic equipment maintenance, ensuring functionality and compliance with industry standards 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• 4 - 5+ years of experience in facilities or construction project management, ideally within wellness clinics, medical spas, or healthcare environments. Experience should include field-based coordination, vendor oversight, and exposure to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction, or a related field preferred
• Certifications such as PMP, CHFM, or OSHA 30 are a plus 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods 
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, as needed
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to inspect and maintain facilities
• Comfortable working in various environments, including indoor, outdoor, mechanical rooms, and construction areas 
• Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly, which may require working outside of standard business hours
