POSITION SUMMARYThe Director of Product Marketing is responsible for defining how 10X Health products are positioned, packaged, and brought to market. This leader owns the commercial narrative for diagnostics, supplements, treatment protocols, and clinical services, translating complex clinical insights into clear value propositions that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term customer outcomes.
Sitting at the intersection of product, clinical, marketing, and revenue teams, the individual will lead go-to-market strategy for new products and services. The Director will define the messaging, positioning, and offer architecture that guide customers from diagnostic testing to personalized protocols and long-term health optimization, while partnering closely with product and clinical leadership to inform roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for new offerings.
OBJECTIVES
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Own the positioning and messaging framework for all 10X Health products and services
- Build and maintain a messaging hierarchy that clearly differentiates 10X Health from competitors
- Translate clinical outcomes and scientific insights into compelling consumer value propositions
- Create messaging briefs used by creative, paid media, lifecycle, and eCommerce teams
- Ensure messaging consistency across advertising, product pages, consultations, onboarding, and retention communications
- Define product packaging and offer architecture across diagnostics, supplements, treatment protocols, and clinical services
- Design the customer progression model from diagnostic testing to personalized protocols to long-term health optimization programs
- Develop bundle strategies that maximize customer value and lifetime value
- Recommend pricing and packaging strategies informed by competitive positioning and customer behavior
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) playbook for new product launches including positioning, audience definition, and channel strategy
- Lead cross-functional launch execution with paid media, creative, eCommerce, lifecycle marketing, sales, and clinical teams
- Build repeatable launch frameworks for new supplements, diagnostics, protocols, and services
- Equip Wellness teams with materials needed to convert consultations into treatment plans
- Build a sales enablement library including one-pagers, comparison guides, protocol explainers, and results case studies
- Partner with sales leadership to identify friction points and address them through messaging and education
- Own competitive intelligence across precision health and functional medicine markets
- Develop and evolve customer personas grounded in behavioral and diagnostic data
- Conduct win/loss analysis for consultations and treatment plan purchases
- Translate customer outcomes into proof points used across marketing and sales
- Partner with product and clinical teams to inform the product roadmap
- Identify opportunities for new diagnostics, protocols, and services
- Ensure the product portfolio operates as a cohesive system rather than disconnected offerings
- Strong ability to define product positioning that clearly differentiates 10X Health diagnostics, supplements, and clinical services in the market
- Commercial mindset when evaluating product packaging, pricing, and program structures that drive adoption and long-term customer value
- Ability to simplify complex clinical and scientific concepts into messaging that resonates with customers
- Proven experience leading cross-functional collaboration across product, clinical, marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams to support successful product launches
- Understanding of how to develop and execute go to market strategies for new products, services, and clinical protocols
- Sound judgment when evaluating product performance, messaging effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement
- Understands how to use customer insights and market trends to guide messaging and product strategy
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple product launches and strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
- Skilled at developing sales enablement materials that support consultation teams in communicating treatment plans and product value
- Awareness of competitive dynamics across precision health and functional medicine markets to inform positioning and differentiation
- Data-informed decision maker comfortable working with conversion data, customer insights, and performance metrics
- 10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 5+ years owning go-to-market strategy for complex products or multi-product portfolios
- Experience in health, wellness, diagnostics, biotech, MedTech, or education-driven direct-to-consumer products strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a standard office or remote environment
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration, launches, or leadership meetings
