POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Clinical Quality Manager to help drive the consistency, safety, and effectiveness of care across 10X Health’s clinical operations. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying workflow gaps, leading audits, analyzing clinical data, and ensuring every clinic meets high standards of compliance and performance. The ideal candidate will be skilled at turning quality insights into action - developing and executing improvement plans, training staff, and proactively reinforcing protocols to align with regulatory requirements.

This individual will play a key role in shaping how we scale clinical excellence as we grow, directly impacting the patient experience and quality of care across our national footprint.

OBJECTIVES

  • Conduct systematic evaluations of clinical workflows and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies or deviations from standards
  • Lead the development and execution of improvement plans, including CAPAs, that enhance clinical performance and patient outcomes and ensure long-term resolution and risk mitigation
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical audits, including thorough reviews of clinical documentation, workflows, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Investigate quality-related incidents and conduct root cause analyses
  • Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards by staying current on updates and proactively adjusting internal protocols
  • Deliver staff training and coaching programs to build awareness of quality standards, reinforce compliance expectations, and promote a culture of continuous improvement

COMPETENCIES

  • Experience applying quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA cycles to enhance clinical processes and patient outcomes
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience conducting audits, creating action plans to address deficiencies, and ensuring successful implementation and adherence
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and clinical data to identify trends, track performance, and inform quality improvement initiatives and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train staff on quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in clinical quality management or healthcare operations
  • Active RN license required; LPN may be considered with relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or PDSA methodologies in clinical settings
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CPHQ, Six Sigma) strongly preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk or computer
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
